Looking forward to relaxing my hair

The rust relaxer arrived in good condition and on time… I have not used it yet but will be using it next week… I have used this product numerous times and so far I am very happy with it.

Customer service does not exist!

I have tried to contact the company because the shipment was missing three items I ordered. I sent an email inquiry to them six days ago and have not heard back from them. When I phoned their website number, I could not leave a voicemail because their box was full. I am ready to report them to Paypal to get my money back for the items I did not receive. Buyer beware!

They steal money from people

They steal money from people. They are more than happy to take you money and never shipped the order. They’ll send you a box with a letter in it saying it’ll come late, but they won’t ship it out. I went to the customer service and they gave a refund of $7 when the order was $85. This website is a scam, don’t buy from here.

Bad customer service..

Bad customer service...
I paid for two clippers and came only one.. I send message just to check and they don’t reply even after 3,4 days and two emails.

House of Beauty World Delivers

House of Beauty World timely delivers your items without having to make constant inquiries to Customer Service to locate your orders. Over the 3 years and numerous purchases which I have made with House of Beauty World, I have had only one issue (a small missing item) which I was unable to resolve. Otherwise, I have had no complaints with the accuracy, quality or delivery of any of my orders.

So this is my review normally I do not do them but since so many are shopping on line for alternatives to stores I want to share my experience as I read many others before I ordered.
Ordered from House of Beauty 2/1
Received update 2/4 order was being processed
2/5 received ups tracking number
Delivered 2/11
Some items canceled as not in stock or not available any more.
Inside the packaging I received a piece of paper that told me as stated above and I was told I would get a refund, now it is 2/23/21 and still no refund. Now the total amount to be refunded was only about $7 or $8 but still I did not get the item so a refund is due. I do not want to call as some of the other reviewers stated they could not get in contact with anyone. Oh I also received an item that was incorrect but again no faith it would worth it to try and send it back. So at this point I could not tell you I would try it again. I do not know, I think they have some work to do, but so many other people have good experiences overall for me what I did get was great and products and items are fine. Again I will say I have not contacted them I will be taking my refund as a loss and the wrong item as a loss, I just do not feel like the hassle.

The service was great, although I ordered priority mail and received my package late. Thanks goodness my package arrived a day before a special event. I know it wasn't the House of Beauty's fault. The package was held up at a facility.

ZERO COMMUNICATION, NEVER RESPOND TO MESAGES/EMAILS AND ORDERS ARE ALWAYS SUPER LATE

SUpposedly a shipping label was created on January 4, but USPS hasn't received it... Now instead of 1/15, will be delivered 1/19, but no heads up given and I sent an email, which was not responded to! HORRIBLE customer service!

The wig I ordered doesn’t look the same as pictured. It wasn’t expensive but it wasn’t worth the price either. The lace part down the middle was okay but the cut was not to my liking.
